Recherè holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Organizational Psychology—the study of how people behave inside the structures they build—is where her independent study has taken her since, and it shapes how she approaches every client engagement.
Even with a traditional degree, her path has always led her back to entrepreneurship which she follows relentlessly, trusting both God and her gut every step of the way. Now, Recherè guides other established coaches and service providers toward the systematic operations that make scaling feel natural instead of overwhelming.
