How do I get started?
To get started, book a private introduction and tell me more about your business to determine if we will be a good fit. From there, you will receive an engagement agreement and invoice to begin the onboarding process.
What makes this different from other support I've tried?
Most support hands you a plan or executes what you bring them. Neither one finds what's actually underneath the inconsistency. The Boardroom starts with a diagnosis. I find the pattern before you can name it, direct the fix, and stay inside the business as long as the work requires it. That's what makes the difference.
Is this partnership for beginners?
No. This partnership is for established coaches and service providers who have made at least $100k in revenue and are ready to scale.
What happens after 6 months?
Most clients choose to continue working together as ongoing implementation partners. After your initial 6-month commitment, you can continue month-to-month with 30 days notice or renew for an additional 6-month term at the same rate.
How will we communicate?
Throughout the time we work together, we will communicate via Slack and email Monday through Friday during normal business hours in addition to weekly strategy calls.
Is social media management included?
Content strategy is included: editorial direction, content framework development, and campaign planning. Content production, social media management, graphic design, and website updates are outside the core partnership. Each is available as a monthly add-on or standalone project at a separate rate.
How do I know if I'm ready?
If your revenue is inconsistent—not because the demand isn't there, but because something in the offer, the operations, or the structure isn't supporting it—you're ready.
